An Evening of Yoga
Join us in Brooklin on select Saturdays every month. We come together for a 90min asana practice as we explore the physical body and breath. A 60 minute Meditation & Discussion will follow. You may choose to attend one or both sessions. Bring with you a yoga mat and a meditation cushion.

This beautiful studio sits on the second floor and is surrounded by lots of windows and plenty of natural light. One large hot room and one smaller non-heated room with two other rooms that offer services such as Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Massage and Thai Massage. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the studio is well kept and always clean and welcoming. A wide array of class types are offered here, including hot as well as non-heated yoga, pilates, conditioning classes, prenatal as well as kids yoga.

Hot Yoga Wellness was founded in 2005 and is York Region’s very first hot yoga studio. You will find a large array of types of classes for every type of yoga practice, and an extensive and diverse group of teacher’s some whom have been with us since we opened our doors over ten years ago. I have been teaching here since 2008.
Hot Yoga Wellness have set the standard and continue to raise the bar for quality yoga instruction in the area.
