Upside Down Fun

Location: Moksha Yoga Brooklin
Time: 2pm – 4:15pm

Learn the basic fundamentals of going upside down (handstand, forearm stand, and headstand) safely and with greater ease. We will use various props as well as the wall to find safe and optimal form in going upside down, while you become intimately aware of where along the way you will need to work on cultivating greater mobility and/or strength. This will be a fun and informative workshop. All levels welcome. Must be comfortable going upside down against the wall.
